A Powerful Woman in Ancient Egypt Honoring Community and Sisterhood
In her past life, Lis finds herself in the heart of the desert, her feet dressed in basic tan sandals that elegantly encircle her ankles. She was wearing a tunic-style dress, her long dark hair flowing, and she appeared to be around 30 years old, a beautiful woman, exuding strength and vitality. A basket rests on her back, and she holds the hand of a her little daughter. Nearby, a tent-like structure made of khaki canvas serves as their home, nestled around an oasis that evokes the essence of Egypt.
As she describes their communal meals, Lis shares, "We gather outside to eat together. I’m enjoying a piece of fruit, savoring it with my hands. There’s bread, beans, and meat on the table. I mostly see women and children around me, and I love them dearly. I trust them completely." Lis is a powerful figure in this group; when she speaks, people listen and show her respect. Much of her time revolves around daily tasks like ensuring everyone is fed, but what ignites her passion is providing spiritual guidance for women.
She is finding herself participating in a spiritual ceremony. "We’re engaged in a ritual. It’s night time, and while there are men present, they are respectful and defer to us. Their role is to hold space for us and ensure our safety. I believe women hold more power than men. We’re all dressed in hooded cloaks, gathered inside what feels like a pyramid structure. Fires are burning to light the space and we’re chanting together. It’s a mystical experience, filled with connection and strength."

Lis describes her husband in this life as a brave man, deeply devoted to her and their partnership. "He wears a warrior's attire, something resembling armor with brass plates on his chest, along with sandals. It’s a very hot temperature, so he’s not heavily clothed." Tragically, her husband was killed in what seemed to be an act of betrayal by someone close to him, leaving her heartbroken. Yet, she chose to remain steadfast.
She is celebrating a significant milestone in the community, having established a school primarily for women and girls to educate them about mystical traditions and preserve knowledge. Her daughter played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life, and she feels a deep sense of pride and accomplishment for her daughter.
In the next scene, she is witnessing her daughter’s wedding, where she looks stunning in a long white dress adorned with gold jewelry, marrying a man who resembles a warrior. Friends and family have gathered around them in a circle, sharing in the joy of the occasion.
In the next scene, she observes her own funeral. She is laid on a wooden stretcher, surrounded by flowers, with a blanket covering her up to her chest. Although she is succumbing to illness, she experiences little suffering.
Sunhee: Tell me about how you feel as you observe your funeral.
Lis: It's beautiful. I'm struck by the peace that I feel. And I feel very complete.
Sunhee: What lessons have you taken from this life?
Lis: The importance of giving back. There’s something significant about matriarchal lineage and magic. It’s also about planting seeds for the future. And... the transformative nature of motherhood and the deep bonds between a mother and her daughter.
Sunhee: Is there anything you wish you had done differently?
Lis: No. I do feel sadness over losing my partner when I did, but there was nothing I could have changed.

Journey Through the Cosmos:
Encountering Spirit Guide and Learning about Her Origin
As Lis transitions from this woman’s body to the place of the afterlife, she describes her experience.
Lis: I'm dissolving into fine, sparkly dust and being absorbed back into the cosmos. I see stars in space. I am weightless. I feel intelligent. I can feel and see and know things but without a body. I feel connected to some intelligence that doesn't require processing or language.

Lis:: This being looks unlike anything I've ever seen before. Just like a totally strange head shape and communicate without actually speaking. He has eyes and can telepathically tell me things. He doesn’t have a mouth that moves. There's no gender. He has black eyes. The skin is green like a forest. Jungle green and shimmery. I feel very calm.
Sunhee: Who is this being and ask for his name.
Lis: It doesn’t feel like an English word, but the closest word is Norbert. He is like my sidekick, a spiritual guide. Someone who's accompanying me on my various adventures. He is advising me to stop worrying and get out of the way. He feels a lot of love toward me. He is with me through many lives.

Lis: He is laughing. You know the answer that we are the Pleiades.
Sunhee: So why are you on earth as a starseed person?
Lis: To usher in a new era of consciousness.
Sunhee: What do you look like in this spiritual realm?
Lis: I'm just sort of like a formless cosmic dust. It's like shimmery and iridescent, but not a color.
Glimpse of Future:
A Journey to Self-Discovery Through Motherhood
Lis traveled to a scene from not a distant future where she is in a lovely backyard in Southern California enjoying her quiet moment walking around while families are inside.
Sunhee: It seems like you've already welcomed a little one into your life! What are you most proud of as you navigate the journey of new motherhood? What lessons have you learned along the way, and how do you feel about your experiences so far?
Lis: I feel like I've like unlocked a new dimension of myself and my capacity for everything has expanded. I'm embracing love, accomplishing tasks, and taking time to rest. I feel truly in tune with my body, and it seems like I've reached a significant milestone in my journey.I've had many nights where I didn't get as much sleep as I hoped for. There were times when my patience had to go through tests, and plans were altered or even scrapped. However, I also feel that, in many respects, it turned out to be easier than I initially expected.
Sunhee: What was the core principle or belief that you embraced to reach to this peaceful place?
Lis: I'm not in control. It means the more that I can relax and take each day as it comes, the better it gets.

The phrases "higher self," "subconscious mind," and "intuition" describe akin ideas, albeit under different labels. They represent the part of us that contains innate wisdom. Through engaging in conversation and posing questions that clients have prepared for themselves, they are able to access and respond from the profound wisdom within them while in this trance state.
Sunhee: Why were these lives selected for him to witness?
Lis as higher self: She should feel comforted knowing that she has already gone through this journey. She has experienced the joys of motherhood, the wonders of magic, the strength of community, and the bonds of sisterhood. She understands it all, so there’s no need for her to worry.
Sunhee: She understands how to draw in abundance. What specific methods can she use to draw more financial abundance?
Lis as higher self: She can stop doing things she doesn't like. She's doing things because she feels like she should do them. For example, responding to emails that aren't that important and getting stuck in the weeds of implementation. But the more fun she has and builds a team that can hold the stuff she doesn't feel like doing, the more she's a magnet.
Sunhee: She's now pregnant with a new life. What version of motherhood does she want to experience? How can she find a way to juggle her responsibilities as a mother while managing her job?
Lis as higher self: A fun one. One that's filled with joy and silliness and fun. One that means modeling a version of motherhood, leadership and womanhood. Self-possessed and puts our needs in the equation. One where mom is one of many identities and hats that she holds. It will happen naturally.
Sunhee: What is the purpose of Lis’s current life?
Lis as higher self: To be light, to connect dots, to bring people together, to have fun, and really to mobilize people toward possibility. Pause to connect with your heart every day to remind yourself.
